Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering a contract in your jurisdiction. By using FloraCraft Academy, you represent that you meet applicable age and capacity requirements, and that your account information is accurate and up to date.

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.
We may suspend access if we reasonably believe eligibility requirements are not met.

Payments

Prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your location. By submitting payment, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the payment method you provide.

Some offerings may be subscription-based or cohort-based; billing cadence will be disclosed at checkout.
Failure to complete payment may result in loss of access to paid content or reserved cohort seats.
Chargebacks or disputed payments may lead to temporary or permanent access limitations where permitted by law.

Refunds

Refunds are available as described in this document before cohort start dates. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method where possible, subject to processor timelines.

Refund windows and eligibility may vary by offering and are communicated at purchase.
To request a refund, contact support with your order details and the reason for the request.
Where permitted, we may deny refunds in cases of policy abuse or repeated refund activity.

Content & License

Course materials are licensed for personal use and may not be redistributed. Unless otherwise stated in writing, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your own learning purposes.

You may not copy, sell, sublicense, publish, or publicly distribute course content.
You may not remove proprietary notices (copyright, trademarks, watermarks).
We may provide downloadable resources; you remain responsible for safeguarding access files and credentials.

User Conduct

Be respectful in community spaces. No harassment, spamming, or unauthorized promotion. You agree not to misuse the Services or attempt to interfere with their normal operation.

No abusive, hateful, discriminatory, or threatening behavior.
No posting of illegal content or infringing material.
No scraping, automated access, or security testing without our explicit written permission.
No sharing of account credentials or unauthorized access to other users’ accounts.

Liability

Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by applicable law. To the maximum extent allowed, FloraCraft Academy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for claims related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable offering during the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim (where permitted by law).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use indicates acceptance of changes. Reference: boldgate.click. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice (for example, by posting an updated effective date).

You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.
If you do not agree to updated Terms, discontinue using the Services.
